Dale Parmer

Retired U.S. Department of State Foreign Service Diplomat, Senior Central Intelligence Agency Operations and Security Officer with 30 years of U.S. Government service in Washington D.C., Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. Broad experience in coordination with U.S. Intelligence and Law Enforcement Communities, Foreign Government Partners, and providing protective services for U.S. Government personnel, facilities, and information through the enforcement of federal laws and regulations. As a U.S Diplomat, served to interpret host country policies and advise on international issues. Expertise in providing analysis of the political climate in the host country and deciphering events as they relate to U.S. interests, negotiations, and policies. Often worked behind the scenes to analyze and report on local issues and events. Obtained in-depth knowledge of local culture and history, helping U.S. policymakers to better understand events and tailor the U.S. message most effectively. Responsible for managing and promoting U.S. interests in the region by supporting democracy, trade, sustainable economic development, and fostering cooperation. Dale is looking forward to working with Project Absentis and lending his international interest to the team.
